Shipping your order in a timely manner is one of our top priorities. Our goal at Massage Naturals is to make your visit as quick and stress-free as possible. If time is of the essence, we can get your order processed the same day. If this is the case, please place your order by phone before 11 AM MST. Tell the customer service representative that you need the order shipped that day.


**Please note that due to shipping conditions created by Covid-19, all carriers, (UPS and USPS included), no longer guarantee on time delivery for any level of service. They will not process refunds for packages not delivered on time. Please plan accordingly and expect shipping delays.**

Order Damaged During Shipping

If you receive your order and the package appears to be damaged, please notify your driver as soon as possible. Make sure if you sign for the package, you also write “damaged” by your signature and contact one of our Customer Service Representatives and we will handle the situation from that point.
