Suggested Uses:
An excellent spot treatment for stubborn knots and muscle tension. Can be alternated with Lotus Touch Cool Pain Relief to provide a hot-cold treatment. Apply sparingly like other massage lotions using the technique of your choice until absorbed.
Use as a warming agent when heat is recommended. Natural Capsicum (cayenne pepper) provides anti-inflammatory and warming properties while it increases blood flow and circulation. Ideal for clients with cold sensitivity.

Specific Safety Advice:
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid eye contact, mucus membranes, wounds or damaged skin. Do not bandage tightly. To avoid blisters, do not use with a heating pad.
