Suggested Uses:
Massage: Add 3-8 drops per 1 oz to massage cream, lotion, oil or
gel
Diffuser: Add 5-10 drops as directed by diffuser
Bath: Add 5-10 drops to full bath water

not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with eyes.
