How to Shop and Buy Online

How to Order 

 There are two easy ways to order from us: 
  • Online Checkout - It's secure and confidential. Online orders require credit/debit cards to purchase.  You will receive an email confirmation of your order, but no other marketing contacts unless you specifically ask for it.
  • Order by Phone – Our products experts are available to answer your questions or help you select the right product to meet your needs. Call us at (801) 566-7579 or toll-free at (877) 215-9004 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Mountain Time).

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit/debit cards. A credit or debit card must be used for all online purchases. We also accept money orders or personal checks. Please call (877) 215-9004 Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Mountain Time). Money orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days after receipt at our office.  Orders paid by personal checks will not ship until the check clears, which may take up to two weeks.

How to Use the Shopping Cart

  • When you find an item you want to purchase, click on Details to learn more. 
  • From the Details page you can add it to your cart by clicking the "Buy" button.  This will put the item into your shopping cart of items to buy.
  • To choose more items, click on the "Continue Shopping" button.
  • To view items that are already in your shopping cart, look in the Cart column on the left side of the screen.  You can click on "View Cart" for more details.

How to See Shipping Charges before Checking Out

To see how much shipping will be, you must first have all the items you will be purchasing in your shopping cart.  Click on "View Cart" and then click on "Click Here to Estimate Shipping".  Enter your zip code (inside the US) or country (outside the US) and the cheapest available shipping option to your location will be shown.  We charge UPS published rates for shipping within the United States with Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day service options. We also ship to Canada and most other international destinations with UPS Expedited, UPS Express, US Postal Service Priority Mail, or US Postal Service Express International rates available.

If you need expedited shipping, you will not be able to see the charges for expedited shipping until you are partway through the checkout process.  You will be able to see shipping charges before being asked for payment information.

How to Check Out

  • Add the items you want to purchase to your cart. (To find your cart, click on "View Cart" at the left of any page.
  • When you've added all the items to your cart that you want to purchase, click the "Proceed to Checkout" in the cart.
  • If you're a new customer, click the "Continue" link under the heading New Customers. If you are an existing customer, you may enter your username and password, and the information you previously provided will be used to fill out the shipping, billing, and payment information. Don't worry, you'll have a chance to change it later on if this information has changed.
  • For new customers, you'll be given the option to enter a password, which creates an account with us. We don't require you to set up an account but strongly encourage it because of the benefits it offers. You'll be able to check your orders online, track shipments and store information for future use. Rest assured that you will never be contacted without permission except about current orders. We value your privacy and trust.
  • Once your customer information has been entered, you will be asked for your billing and shipping addresses.  We also require a phone number in case we need to contact you about your order and your email doesn't work.  Once these have been entered, click "Continue".
  • Next you will need to choose a shipping method.  You'll see a list of options available based on your location.  Prices are shown by clicking on each choice.  Once you've chosen the option you want, click "Continue".
  • You will now be asked for payment information. You will have the option to review your order once more before your credit/debit card is charged.  Once all of the payment information is entered, click "Continue".
  • Next you will see the final Order Preview page.  If you need to change any personal information, click "Change" under the section that you need to revise.  Don't worry, the other information you entered will be kept for you to review. 
  • If you need to change items on your order, click "Change Order" at the bottom right of the page.  Don't worry, your personal information will not need to be entered again unless you log out.   When you've revised  your order click "Proceed to Checkout" and you'll come back to the Order Preview page.
  • Once you have reviewed the information for accuracy, click the "Submit Order" button.  This will complete your order and charge your credit/debit card. Note: Your order will only be placed when you've clicked on the "Submit Order" button.
  • Once the order is submitted, changes can only be made by calling (877) 215-9004 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00pm Mountain Time.  An order confirmation will be sent immediately to the email address you provided. If you do not receive an email confirmation within a few minutes, please call us to be sure your order was successfully placed.

Items Stay in Your Cart Until Removed

For your convenience, our shopping cart keeps all items in it until you remove them. This allows you to shop without worrying that your selections will disappear when you log out. When it's time to purchase, please review your cart carefully. Items that were added to your cart in the past will still be there when you check out.

To remove an item in the cart, go to "View Cart." Click on the Remove button (marked with an X at the right side of each item) to remove that item. To change the amount of an item in the cart, change the Quantity of that item in the box next to the item and click "Update Total" at the bottom right of the page.  This will update the amount based on the new quantity of the item you wish to change.
